Grande Development Scoops Two Major Property Awards
Designed by Neil Holland Architects for Roffey homes, this new, luxury, Edwardian-style development on the seafront at Bognor Regis has won two awards in the Dail Mail UK Property Awards 2009 for the 'Best Development in West Sussex' and 'Best Apartment in West Sussex'.  Esplanade Grande has also now been shortlisted for an International Award.

The fact that Esplanade Grande has won two of these coveted awards is a resounding endorsement of the design quality and build of this award-winning development.  It is also proof that West Sussex is not only able to compete at this level but also triumph within the highly competitive UK property arena.

Managing Director of Roffey Homes, Ben Cheal said: “We are delighted Esplanade Grande has been recognised as not only the Best Development in West Sussex, but also that one of our apartments has been selected as the Best Apartment in West Sussex.  To have been chosen by such a distinguished panel of judges and against some tough competition is a great achievement.  This is fantastic news both for us and Bognor Regis, as it will help to put the town on the map for buyers looking for the best place to live in the country.  It was our wish from day one to construct a landmark building which the local community would be proud of and these prestigious awards are the ultimate commendation.”

Over 70% of Esplanade Grande has now been sold and prices for the remaining two and three bedroom apartments start from £280,000 rising to £595,000 for a top floor penthouse.  Each apartment affords spectacular views across the English Channel from its own private balcony.
