Esplanade Flats, Bognor Regis
52 flats facing the sea on the esplanade at Bognor Regis. Designed as a signature building in an area of the seafront of unremarkable architectural pedigree but generally in an area originally during the Edwardian period the seafront, the seafront being redeveloped speculatively during the 1970's and 1980's.
The building is designed specifically to be eclectic and to use many architectural elements to lift this part of the seafront.
