Chestnut Tree House Childrens Hospice
Dover Lane, Poling, West Sussex
A recently completed children's hospice designed specifically for the scale of children, the scale broken down into several smaller units linked together to form a courtyard giving the appearance in the landscape of a typical group of sussex agricultural buildings on land generously donated from the estate of Lady Sarah Clutton president of Chestnut Tree Trust.
Materials used are handmade clay tiles, boarding and rough cast render.
